You’ll know Michael Symon from his acclaimed restaurants, Iron Chef battles, and Emmy-winning turn on The Chew. To honor his family roots, Symon created Chios Taverna, celebrating the dishes he grew up loving, with recipes handed down from his mom and “papou.” Now that’s Greek to us.
